It started with a real estate investment that looked perfect on paper—until it wasn’t.

A few years ago, I invested in a housing project that was being widely promoted. Great location, flashy brochures, glowing endorsements. Everything checked out—except for the most important thing: it didn’t have an NOC.

By the time I realized it, it was too late. The project stalled, approvals never came through, and the investment turned into a loss. No refunds, no accountability—just lessons. That experience wasn’t just financially painful. It exposed a deeper issue: We operate in a system where trust is blind, not built.

In Pakistan, most of us rely on referrals, personal networks, and marketing hype—whether we’re investing in property, hiring a contractor, or booking a tutor. There’s no way to verify credentials. No protection if things go wrong. And no platform that puts accountability at the center.

That’s why I built BaAitemad.com. It is an Urdu and Arabic word which means "With Trust". The name says it all.

A platform that connects you with verified professionals—starting with real estate projects, and expanding into everyday services like travel agencies, real estate agents, insurance companies, appliances stores, and more. Every provider is vetted. Every transaction is backed by a framework for accountability. And we’re building a Reliability Index that reflects real-world performance—not just empty ratings.
